Aarnio's selection is always focused on the more emotional and IDM side of things. His Pink Rest at Low Levels mix is a brilliant example of an ambient mix done right. This set injects a slow head nod into the mix, with subtle, filtered 4x4 kicks and minimal detroit chords. This mix is an ode to a weekly he used to run along side Matthew Dear, Scott Brandon and Ryan Elliott at a lounge called Goodnight Gracie in Detroit. Enjoy.
